*Note: UPS, Federal Express and USPS have daily scheduled pickups from our facility. For DHL, Malca-Amit and Brinks, customer will need to schedule a pickup directly with the carrier.

Cargo Insurance:

• JK Findings carries a private cargo insurance policy. This allows us to pass on considerably lower insurance rates to our customers.
• Cargo insurance is billed to our customers at $1.50/$100 in value for packages shipped on JK Findings shipping accounts.

Other important points:

• Shipping terms FOB Origin
• Shipping costs are calculated at time of shipment when weight, box size and value can be determined.
• Service level selection such as ground, 3-day select, 2nd day air, next day air or flat rate is the responsibility of the customer. Please visit the website of your carrier of choice to determine the service level that will best fit your needs.
• A signed insurance waiver will be required for requests to ship goods uninsured.
• Unclaimed/return-to-sender packages will be assessed a 10% restocking fee plus return ship charges.
