A Message from Joni Lucas, Chief Executive Officer

I’m excited to share that my successor, Lance Neirby, will be joining us at JK Findings, on Monday, August 18, 2025, as our new Chief Executive Officer. Lance brings with him over 20 years of experience in the jewelry and manufacturing industries, including leadership roles at Tiffany & Co. and Montana Silversmiths.

With a strong background in operations, strategy, and product innovation, Lance has a proven track record of driving growth in companies similar to ours. His knowledge of jewelry manufacturing, along with his leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, D2C, B2B, and consumer product brands, makes him an excellent fit for this role.

As we welcome Lance I will also begin my transition into retirement, staying on for the two weeks following Lance’s arrival to ensure a smooth handoff. My final day in the office will be Friday, August 29, 2025. While I will be stepping down from my current role, I look forward to staying actively involved by remaining a member of the Board of Managers.

It has been an honor to lead this company and work alongside so many dedicated and loyal customers, vendors, and employees. I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I have full confidence that JK is in great hands with Lance. I know he will work closely with all of you to continue building on our strong reputation and shared success.
